Dr. Pauline Johnson, holds the position of Associate Professor at the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Dr. Johnson joined the faculty of Civil Environmental Engineering in 1995.
Dr. Johnson teaches Hazardous Waste Management, Environmental Engineering, Water & Wastewater Engineering, Industrial Waste Treatment for both graduate and undergraduate levels.
Dr. Johnson's main research
interest is in the capture of heavy metals from water and wastewater and
pollution prevention, & she has many publications in this field.
Dr. Johnson received her PhD from
Queens University, Belfast, Ireland, The teaching credential from St.
Andrew’s, Scotland, United Kingdom and the BS in Chemical Engineering from
Salford, England.
